Prices are inclusive of the cost of water, electricity, gas for kitchen, bath linen, kitchen-table-bed, which will be changed weekly unless otherwise agreed.
Payment Services
Pets Allowed small / medium size € 5,00 per day. Heating consumption, methane € 2 to M3. Multiple weekly or daily cleaning, firewood, towels for the pool, baby-sitting, breakfast, lunches, dinners, guided tours to wineries and museums.
Deposit
A deposit of € 200 per apartment must be paid at the time of taking over the apartment. This deposit will be returned upon departure, less any damage caused to the apartment or its contents.
